Yesterday (20 Sept) in HCMC, the Chamber of Commerce Portugal - Vietnam was delighted to be a part of the welcoming of H.E. Julien Guerrier - EU Ambassador to Vietnam hosted by EuroCham.
During the reception, the Ambassador highlighted the key priorities of the European Delegation to Vietnam, which involve enhancing economic collaboration and creating favorable conditions for European businesses in Vietnam. He emphasized the importance of trade, sustainable development, and regulatory matters.
Ambassador-Designate Julien Guerrier has been working for close to 30 years at the European Commission, mainly on international trade negotiations, industrial and research policy, and corporate management issues. Prior to coming to Vietnam, he was in charge of the Directorate developing the overall policy for the EU funding programme for research and innovation, Horizon Europe.
